It's been more than 25 years now,
And the culprits are still roaming free,
Killed a thousand and crippled a thousand
By the hands that the created the tragedy.
In the geographical heart of India,
In the capital of state Madhya Pradesh,
In the year nineteen eighty four,
The world heard the scream and the roar.
The disaster that one cannot forget,
It’s still left its mark behind,
Still babies born without hand and legs,
And a thousand babies have born blind.
Politicians played the dirty game,
Just for their glory and fame,
Slaughtering the innocent citizens,
Tragedy killing people without swords and guns.
Let's stand up for such a crime,
Make politicians pay for every dime,
Unite as one country and let's fight,
Coz every Indian has living right.
